Short version of Cost & How to Place an Ad

Ads cost either $19 per month per property [or general location/airport] billed to your credit card, or $100 one time and the ad runs until the property sells at no additional cost [not for general location /airport ads]; we will make occasional requested later changes as needed to price and/or other basic details without additional cost.

The monthly subscription must be paid by credit card; the one time payment can by by either credit card or check as detailed below.
Just email us a description, up to 20 photographs ["jpg" format], and the desired contact information. Your ad will be posted within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
Current Ads

There are 3 steps to placing your ad:

    1) Read the Terms and Conditions for submitting ads at the bottom of this page. By submitting your ad you are affirming that you have read and have agreed to be bound by those terms.
    2) Prepare the description of your property, then email it to us together with your photos [up to 20 high resolution photos allowed]. Email address to send them to is: US.Airports@gmail.com
    May we suggest that you first write your property description where you can easily print, review and correct it.
    If you would like to include your corporate Logo or link to your website, or a link to a virutal tour, just inlcude same with you email.
    3) Make your payment with one of these options:

    4)There is no refund for any unused portion of the term. Properties are presented on the website with the most expensive appearing at the top of the page.

Terms and Conditions for Accepting Ads

Individuals / agents submitting ads are solely responsible for the ads content and agree to indemnify AirportProperty.net and its related individuals/entities from any and all claims of every type arising from the content, or lack of content in their ads.

Individuals / agents submitting ads warrant that to the best of their knowledge all statements in their ads are true and fairly represent the quality and condition of the property advertised.

Individuals / agents submitting ads agree to not submit ads with crude or degrading language or comments, nor will they submit photographs with crude or sexually explicit or suggestive images.

AirportProperty.net reserves the right to edit, modify and/or reject any ad or content submitted.

Any photographs edited by AirportProperty.net will in the edited format be the property of AirportProperty.net, for its exclusive use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In submitting an ad, the submitter warrants that he/she has the legal right and/or written authorization to do so.

Ads run until the earlier of when sold or cancelled, but for the subscription service, it is the responsibility of the advertiser to notify us when sold and when to cease monthly billing. There will be no refund for ads terminated early, or subscriptions terminated late by the advertiser.

By submission of any ad, the submitting party shall be deemed to have read and agreed to the above.
