Terms and Conditions for Accepting Ads

Individuals / agents submitting ads are solely responsible for the ads content and agree to indemnify AirportProperty.net and its related individuals/entities from any and all claims of every type arising from the content, or lack of content in their ads.

Individuals / agents submitting ads warrant that to the best of their knowledge all statements in their ads are true and fairly represent the quality and condition of the property advertised.

Individuals / agents submitting ads agree to not submit ads with crude or degrading language or comments, nor will they submit photographs with crude or sexually explicit or suggestive images.

AirportProperty.net reserves the right to edit, modify and/or reject any ad or content submitted.

Any photographs edited by AirportProperty.net will in the edited format be the property of AirportProperty.net, for its exclusive use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In submitting an ad, the submitter warrants that he/she has the legal right and/or written authorization to do so.

Ads run until the earlier of when sold or cancelled, but for the subscription service, it is the responsibility of the advertiser to notify us when sold and when to cease monthly billing. There will be no refund for ads terminated early, or subscriptions terminated late by the advertiser.

By submission of any ad, the submitting party shall be deemed to have read and agreed to the above.
